General Manager The role of General Manager is crucial to the success of our business. They are responsible for hiring, developing and mentoring the club sales staff and with that staff, achieving membership sales goals. Previous experience in sales, leadership and motivation are necessary. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to advance. Operations Manager The Operations Managers are dedicated to making the fitness experience at our clubs an exceptional one. They create a clean, fun and friendly environment by training and motivating their staff. They also generate revenue, keep a clean and well maintained club, all while providing great customer service. The opportunity is there to be promoted to higher management positions such as Member Service Manager, Area Manager and District Manager. Personal Training Director The mission of the Pro Results Personal Training department is to take every single member from the level they are now, with their fitness and functional mobility, to the level they want to be in the fastest, safest, and most enjoyable way. The Personal Training Director manages this department by hiring the right sales and personal training staff, personally giving members introductory assessments and achieving department sales goals. Membership Counselor We look for people who are passionate about health and fitness to present our clubs to potential members and assist them in choosing the right membership option for them. Sales experience is great, but if you have the desire to learn, we will teach you and give you the tools to succeed. This is a full-time position with full medical and vision benefits. They are paid hourly and/or commissions and receive a complimentary club membership. There is lots of room for advancement and increased earning potential.

Personal Training Membership Counselor Our ProResults training staff boasts some of the best personal trainers in the business! Our Personal Training Sales Counselors use their knowledge to sell our ProResults personal training services, as well as to help guide members to the right trainer and the right training program for them. They work hand in hand with the Fitness Sales staff to set up complimentary introductory training assessments for our new and existing members. This is a full time position with full medical and vision benefits. We make lots of promotions from within so the opportunity for growth is always available. They are paid hourly plus commissions and receive a complimentary club membership.

Club Staff These employees are the face of the club! They are who members and guests see first, so it’s their job to set the tone for the rest of the members’ club experience by being friendly and welcoming. Club Staff personnel who are interested and skilled in working with children, also provide babysitting in our Kids Klub. This is a part time position with the opportunity to earn commissions on top of the hourly pay. It offers a perfect chance to work in a great atmosphere, learn about the health club business and enjoy a complimentary membership.

League Sports Director League Sports Directors have an interest in organized sports and are highly motivated with excellent people skills. Their primary responsibility is to oversee our growing Basketball, Volleyball and Racquetball leagues at one or more locations. The ability to organize, promote, initiate and maintain interest in these events is essential. This is a part time position often performed during evenings and weekends. They are paid hourly and receive a complimentary club membership.

Equipment Tech Successful Equipment Techs possess strong troubleshooting and repair experience, computer skills, excellent customer service and a good driving record. Self-motivation and organization are also essential as they are typically assigned 4-6 clubs, which they visit according to a weekly schedule. The Techs are responsible for keeping our equipment operational and safe by doing preventive maintenance and making effective repairs according to Company procedures. HVAC/Building Maintenance Must have experience in at least one of the following specialties: wood floor refinishing, tile work, HVAC, painting, CPO, plumbing, electrical.

Club Pride/Janitor Our janitorial staff is the backbone of the “Club Pride” everyone shares for the facility where they work. Experience in cleaning and making repairs is preferred, but we are willing to train people who are passionate about keeping our facilities beautifully maintained! There are both full and part time positions available and room for advancement depending on your skills and ambition. All Club Pride staff members are given a complimentary club membership.
