of Lawton, five grandchildren; and four great -grandchildren. Homer Wilkins Homer Wilkins CLYDE Homer Wilkins, 88, of Abilene, father of two Abilene residents, died Wednesday at a local nusring home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with T.O. Knight officiating, assisted by Doug Peters.

Burial will be in Elmwood Memorial Park in Abilene. Born in Brown County, he had farmed in the Roby area. He lived in Hamlin before moving to Abilene in 1951. He worked for Mrs. Baird's Bakery for 20 years, retiring in 1965.

Carroll J.K. Carroll BROWNWOOD Carroll, 79, father of an Abilene resident, died Thursday at a Temple hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Davis-Morris Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Greenleaf Cemetery.

Born in Barry, he lived in Brownwood most of his life. He was a member of Baptist church and a charter member of Elks Lodge. He was a retired Santa Fe engineer and a U.S. Army veteran. Survivors include two sons, James Kenneth Carroll Jr.

of Oklahoma City and David Carroll of Abilene: a brother, Virgil Carroll of Temple; a sister, Neville McGarr of Houston; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Osker Dee Hughes BAIRD Osker Dee Hughes, 53, died Wednesday at his home. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Pioneer Cemetery with the Rev. ROY GALBRAITH age 96, of 1301 Palm, died Tuesday in Katy. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Elmwood Memorial Park, Abilene, with the Rev. T. Gerald Cates officiating, directed by Schmidt Funeral Home of Katy.

Mrs. R.B. Galbraith, Sr. was born in Sulphur Springs, Texas on October 5, 1892. She moved to Abilene as a young lady around 1908.

She married Roy B. Galbraith, Sr. June 6, 1909 in Abilene. A homemaker, she was a longtime member of Corinth Baptist Church. She later became a member of Highland Park Baptist Church.

She was the widow of Roy B. Galbraith Sr. She was preceded in death by five children, O.B. Galbraith, Eugene Gerald "Gene" Galbraith, Gervis F. "Gubo" Galbraith, R.B.
